By purchasing a reading from The Clearing Studio ("we," "us"), you ("you," "the customer") agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase.

What you're buying

You're purchasing a personalized numerology reading generated from the birthdate you provide, using standard Pythagorean numerology calculations and an AI-assisted interpretation layer. The reading is delivered on-screen at the time of purchase and by email to the address you provide.

Nature of the service

Numerology is a symbolic, interpretive practice. Readings are intended for personal reflection and entertainment. They are not medical advice, psychological advice, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for professional consultation in any field.

You agree that no decision affecting your health, finances, relationships, or legal matters should be made solely on the basis of a reading purchased from The Clearing Studio.

Accuracy of the information you provide

The reading is generated based on the birthdate you submit. If you submit an incorrect birthdate, the reading will reflect that. We do not validate the accuracy of customer-provided information.

Payment and pricing

Prices are displayed on the site at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store credit card details.

The Monthly Clearing — recurring subscription

The Monthly Clearing is offered as an automatically-renewing monthly subscription at $11.00 USD per month. By starting the subscription, you authorize The Clearing Studio, through Stripe, to charge your selected payment method the recurring amount on the same day each month until you cancel.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time, in one click, from the "Manage subscription" link included in your welcome email and in every monthly reading email. Cancellation can also be requested by emailing hello@theclearing.me. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period in which you cancel — you keep access to the reading you've already been charged for, and no further charges are made.

What you receive. A short personal-month numerology reading, generated from your birthdate and delivered to your email at the start of each calendar month while your subscription is active. A separate focus-pick email is sent a few days before each issue; responding is optional.

Price changes. We may change the subscription price for future billing periods. If we do, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect, and you may cancel before the next charge without penalty.

Failed payments. If a recurring charge fails, we will retry once or twice over a few days (Stripe's standard retry policy). If the charge still fails, the subscription is paused and no further reading is sent until payment succeeds. We do not pursue collection.

Intellectual property

The text of your individual reading is yours to keep and share. The site design, templates, branding, and underlying systems remain the property of The Clearing Studio.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Clearing Studio's total liability arising from your use of this service is limited to the amount you paid for your reading. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The current version always lives at this URL. Changes apply to purchases made after the update date.
